Have you ever had to wait a long time for change that you really wanted? It might have been the harvest of something you planted, a loved one to become well, or waiting for a shift in the weather so you could go outdoors! While they begin as slow, chubby caterpillars and face all kinds of dangers, with time, they change into beautiful butterflies and obtain the freedom of flight! Likewise, one must often wait for desired life changes, whether that’s stifling a bad habit or pursuing a new goal. Employing patience in this process may not always be easy, but it can often illuminate goodness on the path of personal improvement. So don’t forget: while change can often be a tedious process, it is worth it when applied to self-betterment, and choosing patience can highlight the bright spots on this journey!
