Sometimes we can get stuck in the past. And we don't realize what we are doing or we don’t know how to get out of it. When we mess up, the thought of forgiving yourself can seem far out and hard to achieve. So when these moments come you just need to realize you can't change what happened long ago or what happened a second ago. And if this is hard for you can just try it with other people. If someone is annoying to you instead of keeping an angry vibe just forgive them and keep on moving. So stop looking in the past that can't be fixed and be in the moments that you can fix.
