Go Outside!

Going outside helps us to interact with nature which is good because as humans, we too are nature! Being in nature nurtures a healthy body, spirit, and mind, in fact, our imagination can soar all the more outdoors. Going outside might trigger allergies but don’t worry too much; you don’t have to go outside for a long time. Take a walk, a jog, a run, exercise, or go on a bike, draw outside with chalk or on your sketchbook, also you can make time to bird watch; there are lots of things you can do outside. My favorite activity is walking and observing. I especially like finding little creatures and harmless animals. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled when it rains for the activity of water activated events! What’s your favorite thing to do outside?
