Whether it’s a season of the year, a birthday or your favorite game, all good things must come to an end. Endings aren’t always something that we enjoy. Sometimes we want something to end, like a boring school class, but other times, we want something to last forever, like a fun vacation. However, no matter how you look at an ending, whether positive or negative, there are benefits. When something ends, it can prompt us to think about what we liked the most about it, or how we could’ve done something differently. Endings and change are a part of life, but they should be expected. When something ends, we can use that so we can replace it with something. Like when an old lightbulb burns out, a new one takes its place and lights up a room. So something ends, whether it's your summer break or the battery life of a game controller, think of the bright side of things. It might not look like the greatest situation, but there are many good things that can come out of an ending.
