Joy can come from many things. Presents on Christmas day or winning a competition, finishing a long project or a school break; the examples are endless. All of this joy usually comes from us being grateful. Whether you’re thankful for a roof over your head, or you're glad that you don’t have to walk the dog, joy comes from gratefulness. So as we go into this year’s holiday season, look for things to be grateful for. It doesn’t have to be grand, but being grateful can make the difference for you, and bring joy to yourself that you can give to others.
