Halloween is coming up, and many children await the time when they can put on colorful costumes and visit neighbors to collect whatever the owner might have in store for them. While a sweet treat is usually expected, some homes will surprise young guests with a trick, whether in the form of a jumpscare or a spooky prank. Some take this idea to the extreme and might cause frights that damage property or even relations between friends! This Halloween, choose to use the good in you to treat others, instead of tricking them. You can choose to share kind words (or some candy!) with someone who’s feeling down, or complete some extra chores to help out your parents before the candy collection commences. By doing this, you’ll be spreading the happiness of the holiday and showing others the outcomes of treating over tricking!
